Within the first 24 hours of the launch of No Rest for the Wicked, the developers are already listening to player feedback. In an online Reddit post, Moon Studios promised to bring needed features that players have been complaining about.

Moon Studios is listening to player feedback for No Rest for the Wicked

In a Reddit post on the No Rest for the Wicked subreddit, one of the developers stated that the team is already listening to player feedback for common issues that players have been pointing out. Four problems were noted:

  • Key remapping
  • Aspect ratio limitations
  • Performance enhancements
  • Pausing the game

“Mikey-MoonStudios” in this Reddit post said that they are listening to players and would like us to continue to provide important feedback. This also includes bug reports, which can all be submitted to the NRFTW forum.

Since NRFTW is an Early Access title, it’s no surprise to see these common issues pop up. Even I was annoyed at the fact that I couldn’t change the parry button on the mouse and keyboard since it was stuck to the mouse scroll button. It also seems like players would like to pause the game, but many other games have omitted this feature, such as Elden Ring.

Although there’s no timeline yet on when these features will be fixed and implemented, at least we can rest easy knowing that Moon Studios is listening to all feedback. The replies seem to be supportive, with many players talking about how much of a blast it is to play. Surprisingly, no one has discussed the fact that you can fast-travel anywhere if you’re playing on a controller, which seems like a total oversight that players can take advantage of.

Other than these four common problems, some players in the replies are adding to the list of issues they’re having. A lot of NRFTW players have complained about the durability system since it feels like it makes the gameplay more punishing. There are also some comments wondering about how NRFTW runs on the Steam Deck, which is a valid question.
